Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive an arrangement that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at itsthefloralgirl@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Terms Of Service
By using the It’s The Floral Girl website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders must be modified or canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. No changes can be made after this period.
Floral Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers while maintaining the overall design and value of your arrangement.
Delivery & Responsibility: We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers or for flowers left unattended after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the arrangement.
Custom Orders: For custom arrangements or large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
